Marissa joined S+H Search in 2019 and has since joined Smith + Howard’s Go-to-Market team, providing market research and actionable insights to help the firm grow. She pinpoints opportunities to deliver new services to existing clients, deepening the firm’s relationships and supporting its legacy. Her expertise spans CRM strategy, data analysis, and sales and marketing alignment, which enable her to build connectivity across the Family of Companies while introducing Smith + Howard to new markets. Marissa works closely with the Growth Team and industry and practice leaders across the firm to support the realization of our vision.

Marissa lives in Dallas with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
