Madison joined S+H Search and S+H Consulting in 2024 as a Marketing Specialist and transitioned to Marketing Manager for Smith + Howard in 2025, leading service line marketing efforts in the Dallas market.

In this role, she develops and executes strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. With a background in content strategy, campaign management, and lead generation, Madison manages the planning and direction of marketing materials across various channels. Her expertise in creating strategic content—ranging from copywriting and blogs to social media and promotional materials—has strengthened brand presence and engagement for both S+H Search and S+H Consulting.
