Deb Douglas

Deb has over 25 years of tax experience with a mix of industry and public accounting. Deb is a member of the Smith + Howard tax practice and focuses on serving our clients with international operations. Deb has extensive experience with both income tax provision and income tax returns related to the foreign operations of US companies. Her experience includes calculations related to foreign tax credits, global intangible low-taxed income (GILTI), foreign-derived intangible income (FDII) and the base erosion and anti-abuse tax (BEAT). She has a BS in Accounting and a MS with a concentration in tax from the University of Florida.
