We are looking for a responsible individual to fill a full-time administrative position within our audit department. Candidate must have two years of experience working in an office setting. In addition, candidate must be detail oriented, dependable, conscientious and a team player. The job responsibilities include proofing, footing and binding financial statements; processing monthly financial statements, property tax returns as well as quarterly and annual payroll returns; typing letters; making travel arrangements; scheduling appointments and other miscellaneous administrative functions. Ideal candidate must have intermediate word and excel skills. Overtime required during seasonal periods. Salary will be based upon experience and skills possessed.
